In 2004, his passion for cinema lead Thierry to create a concept called "My Greatest Moment in Cinema."

The concept involved a series of interviews of just 1 mnute 40 seconds, based on a very simple principle: a movie celebrity sharing their favorite moment of cinema as a spectator. Stars would describe the scene of the film and convey why their chosen scene was for him/her, their "greatest moment of cinema".

From 2005 to 2006, this program was broadcast during prime-time on French network France 2.

Thanks to Thierry's extensive network in the movie industry, the impressive range of stars sharing their moment on the Greatest Moment of Cinema set included:
Leonardo DiCaprio, Emir Kusturica, Colin Farrell, Mick Jagger, Bono, Morgan Freeman, Penelope Cruz, Dominique Farrugia, Marie-Josée Croze, Salma Hayek, Dennis Quaid, Forest Whitaker, Gus Van Sant, Sean Penn, Lambert Wilson, Benicio Del Toro, Billy Zane, Britany Murphy, Poelvoorde, Bruno Solo, Dennis Hopper, David Cronenberg, Zylberstein, George Lucas, Glenn Close, Jessica Alba, Mark Walberg, Michael Caine, Michel Gondry, Naomi Watts, Natalie Portman, Samuel L. Jackson, and many more.

Over 120 celebrities took part and recounted their "Plus Grand Moment de Cinéma."
